ADV869 provides 32 inputs and 32 outputs. Its field wiring uses a common-minus arrangement for every 16 channels, so the common wiring must be checked by group during replacement.

The specified inputs are for contact or voltage status signals. Verify the actual supply polarity and common-minus wiring before reconnecting each 16-channel group.

The specified transistor-contact output rating is up to 30 V DC and 100 mA. Check every connected load, especially relay or solenoid interfaces, against the per-channel rating.

The specified input response is 8 ms and the output response is 16 ms. Use both values when assessing a signal path that passes through this mixed I/O module.

The common side is shared every 16 channels. Moving or mixing common conductors between groups can produce incorrect field behavior even when the I/O points appear correctly numbered.

ADV869 uses the dedicated KS9 cable. Confirm the cable type, connector orientation and installed I/O position before transfer.
