Match the resistance element

ASR133 supports defined Pt and Ni RTDs plus a 0–10 kΩ potentiometer. Confirm the element standard and nominal resistance before copying the old configuration.

Record the field-wire arrangement

Terminal assignments differ for two-, three- and four-wire sensors. Photograph and label every conductor before moving field wiring.

Control lead-resistance error

Yokogawa permits up to 50 Ω per lead and requires equal lead resistance. Unequal extensions can create measurement error even when the RTD is sound.

Use the correct redundant terminal

ATSR3S-0 is for one ASR133; ATSR3D-0 connects two adjacent redundant modules. AST143 and ASD143 terminal families are not compatible.
