Regular Equipment Testing and Adjustment

(1) Check the connection status of the terminals in the PLC cabinet every six months or quarterly. If any loose connections are found, re-secure them promptly.

(2) Remeasure the operating voltage of the power supply that powers the main unit in the cabinet every month.

Regular Equipment Cleaning

(1) Clean the PLC every six months or quarterly. Disconnect the power supply to the PLC and remove the power supply frame, CPU main board, and input/output boards in sequence. Blow and clean them, then reinstall them in their original positions. After restoring all connections, power on and start the PLC main unit. 1. Thoroughly clean the inside of the PLC box;

(2) Replace the filter screen under the power supply rack every three months;

Preparation before maintenance

(1) Prepare tools before maintenance;

(2) To ensure the functionality of components and the integrity of the template, protective devices must be used and anti-static preparations must be made;

(3) Before maintenance, contact the dispatcher and operator, and hang maintenance signs where necessary;

Equipment disassembly and assembly sequence and method

(1) When shutting down for maintenance, at least two people must supervise the operation;

(2) Turn the mode selection switch on the front panel of the CPU from "Run" to "Stop";

(3) Turn off the main power supply to the PLC, and then turn off other power supplies to the template;

(4) After noting the wire number and connection position of the power cables connected to the power supply rack, disconnect them, and then remove the screws connecting the power supply rack to the cabinet. The power supply rack can then be removed;

(5) The CPU motherboard and I/O board can be removed after rotating the screws under the template;

(6) Installation should be performed in reverse order;

Maintenance process and technical requirements:

(1) When measuring voltage, use a digital voltmeter or a multimeter with an accuracy of 1%.

(2) The power supply rack and CPU motherboard can only be removed when the main power is off.

(3) Before removing or inserting the RAM module from the CPU, disconnect the PC power supply to ensure data integrity.

(4) Before removing the RAM module, check if the module battery is working properly. If the battery fault light is on, removing the module will result in the loss of RAM content.

(5) The main power should be turned off before removing the input/output board. However, if production requires it, the I/O board can be removed while the programmable controller is running, but the QVZ (timeout) light on the CPU board will be on.

(6) When inserting or removing the template, handle it carefully and keep it away from items that generate static electricity.

(7) Component replacement must not be performed while the circuit is powered on.

(8) After maintenance, the template must be properly installed.
