The T8100 Controller Chassis is the primary hardware frame used in the Trusted safety controller platform. It provides the mechanical structure and electrical backplane required to house Trusted TMR processors, input/output modules, and communication interface modules.

The chassis integrates a triple-redundant Inter-Module Bus (IMB) that connects all installed modules and enables high-integrity data exchange within the safety control system. This architecture allows the Trusted controller to operate in Triple Modular Redundant (TMR) mode, ensuring fault-tolerant operation for safety-critical industrial processes.

The T8100 chassis can be installed in a 19-inch industrial rack or panel-mounted enclosure, making it suitable for use in control cabinets across process industries such as power generation, oil and gas, and chemical plants.
