March 19, 2026 - Honeywell continues to advance its Experion PKS automation platform with the introduction of the DC-TUIO41 universal input/output module. This module is a highly flexible solution designed to simplify field signal integration and enhance system reliability in modern industrial environments.

The DC-TUIO41 is part of Honeywell's "Universal Hub" concept, allowing users to configure analog or digital input/output separately for each channel without being locked into a fixed I/O type. This approach significantly reduces engineering complexity and enables changes to be made late in the project without the need for rewiring, making it particularly valuable for large-scale automation projects.

Advanced Functional Capabilities

Unlike traditional I/O modules, the DC-TUIO41 supports multiple signal types within a single module. It can process analog inputs (such as 4–20 mA signals), digital inputs/outputs, and even pulse signals within the same module.
