Honeywell FC-FANWR-24R Fan Assembly Kit

   The 24 Vdc fan tray (FS-FANWR-24R) mounts two fans and control PCB 07209 on a single metal plate. Field wiring for the 24 Vdc supply and the read-back contact plugs into a 4-way connector that mates with the tray. On-board electronics monitor each fan: a green LED beside the fan lights when its speed exceeds the minimum. When both fans are above the minimum speed the common read-back contact closes. Finger guards are fitted on both inlet and outlet sides of the fans.

Fan Status Indication

   The fan tray provides a potential-free read-back contact and two green LEDs for status reporting.The contact closes for roughly 15 s at power-up and remains closed only while both fans are spinning faster than the minimum RPM.
   A green LED stays lit whenever its associated fan is rotating above the minimum speed.

Mounting

   Keep both sides of the fan unit clear of obstructions to maintain rated airflow. The tray may be mounted horizontally or vertically. Position the unit so that the fans and their electronics are inside the enclosure; this creates a slight negative pressure that draws cooling air through the cabinet.
