The Emerson KJ3201X1-BA1 (12P2535X042, VE4001S2T2B2) is a 32-channel Digital (Discrete) Input Module designed for use in the Emerson DeltaV Distributed Control System.
This module is used to collect dry contact (on/off) signals from field devices and transmit their status reliably to the DeltaV controller.
In typical DeltaV systems, this module is applied where binary status feedback is required, such as equipment run/stop indication, valve open/close feedback, interlock signals, or limit switch status. The module does not process analog values and does not generate output signals. Its function is strictly limited to binary input acquisition.
