Installation Guidance

1. Stop the drive.
2. Disconnect the main power supply of the drive and all dangerous voltages connected to the inputs and outputs.
3. Wait for five minutes to ensure that the capacitors in the intermediate circuit have fully discharged.
4. Remove the front panel of the frequency converter.
5. Ensure that the main cables, motor cables, and the capacitor bank (UDC+ and UDC-) are de-energized.
6. Position the module (refer to the ACS600 Hardware Manual). If no mounting rail is installed, please secure the rail first. Note the module's installation space requirements (minimum distance of 10 mm from adjacent equipment/walls).
7. Push the module onto the rail. Use a screwdriver to pull back the locking spring, which allows the module to be removed from the rail
